Hypnosis

There are numerous misconceptions surrounding hypnosis. I would like to begin by addressing some of these misunderstandings.

First, a practitioner serves as a guide, much like in a guided meditation. Our role is to facilitate the process in a structured manner to help clients achieve their desired outcomes.

It is important to note that all hypnosis is, fundamentally, self-hypnosis. This means the unconscious mind, which governs bodily functions and seeks to protect the individual, will not allow any action contrary to personal comfort or safety. For instance, individuals cannot be compelled to perform acts against their will, such as clucking like a chicken, unless they truly wish to do so.

Hypnosis has practical applications; for example, women have used it during childbirth to experience pain-free and medication-free deliveries. Personally, I have utilized hypnosis to enhance sleep quality and support personal and professional development.
